We Have a New Site! →
We finally put up our new site today after about a month of development, writting, and extensive testing. Kyle DeTella handled the programming lead on this one, building the site around a framework called “amino” that was built in-house and been used in our production work for about a year and half.
One of the biggest struggles for this site was the choice to use a non UI scroll bar....

Using Code Snippets in Flex Builder
Kyle turned me on to this idea today for using code snippets in flex builder, it took me a while to figure out the exact procedure so I will outline it here.
1. start up flex builder and navigate yourself to Help>Software Updates>Find and Install 2. search for new updates to install 3. now your gonna wanna add a new remote site, with the url http://www.cfeclipse.org/update and click finish....
Time to get Nerdy
Going to start transforming this blog into more of an information source for nerdy actionscript developers like myself rather than totally random ramblings. I am sure some of those will sneak there way into the blog though.
